CNC Milling, Turning & Grinding

We currently operate 13 CNC Lathes (3 bar-feed with milling capabilities), enabling bar of up to 350mm dia and lengths up to 500mm to be turned. With 7 CNC Vertical Machining centres (3 with 4-axis capability) and 1 CNC cylindrical Grinder, complete machining processes can be done on site.

We can handle a wide variety of materials, including all steels, aluminium, bronze, copper, alloys and plastics. We also specialise in machining pre-formed aluminium castings.

Should you have any development or pre-production requirements, we can provide you with any service you may need. By working closely with our customers, this gives us a greater understanding of their needs, which in turn provides us with the opportunity to offer first class technical help and advice.

Precision Engineering

With over forty years experience in precision engineering and having recently undergone a management restructure, we can offer high quality CNC Milling, CNC Turning and CNC Cylindrical Grinding services tailored to your own requirements.

As sub-contract precision engineers specialising mainly in working for the automotive industry, we currently produce quality finishes to aluminium castings, complete manufacture of wheel hubs and ancillary equipment for motorcycles, components for centrifuge oil conditioning systems and components for hydraulic pressure systems. We also produce parts for other industries, from security door makers to lifting equipment manufacturers.

Our quality system is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008. A receipt of a prestigious "Federal Mogul Zero Defects Award" is testament to the quality of service offered by our company.
